Myslím, že nastal ten správný čas. Již od počátku studia v Lichtenštejnsku si pohrávám s myšlenkou, že bych měl začít psát anglicky. Jednak protože mám spoustu známých po celém světě a potom je tím důvodem angličtina samotná. Jsem zvyklý mluvit, dokážu se bavit o čemkoliv, ale psaní zkrátka není na takové úrovni, jak bych si představoval. A toto je jedinečná možnost jak si psaní jaksi procvičit. Tím také prosím o toleranci.

Don’t worry I am not going to share my first sexual experiences as you might think because of the title :). I named this post “First time.” Because it is actually first time I am writing a public article in English.

I should start at the point when I ended with my last post. The Funeral. I haven’t been to one for more than 10 years and I have to admit that it was harder than I expected. Guess I am not a tough guy. World is crazy place to live because the day my grandmother passed away my sister went to the gynecologist and learned that she is pregnant. One is leaving one is coming… And another point I made is that you meet your whole family, relatives and close friends only at the funeral or the wedding. This was the sadder occasion.

I spent home only 2 days without a chance to see my friends and than went directly back to the Liechtenstein because of my classes. I didn’t want to miss them and than I got sick anyway. What I have to say is that this place finally feels like a place where I actually belong to. I feel that it was a right choice to get my masters over here. And funny fact is that without failing my major exam I wouldn’t even consider to study here. Every cloud really has silver lining :-).

First weekend in may was fabulous as we drove down to the Erasmus games in Milano, Italy. We lost everything, against Spain even 20:0 in Futsal but I still loved it. I loved the atmosphere full of young and open people. People from different countries, with different habits, religions but tolerant to one another and super nice. And I will repeat myself again and again: it doesn’t matter where you are but with who. And right now I have great people around me and I am really thankful for that.

Besides Milano I didn’t do much more. I signed for SOLA relay around Zurich and run 12.5km with 400m elevation. Couple months ago I wouldn’t even think about running but now I did it and I felt great passing the finish line. And this is one thing that this Uni gave me so far. It gave me some extra free time for myself. In Prague it was only school – job – sleep – repeat and in last two years I didn’t do sports at all. Finally, this changed.

One last thing. My host dad from states retired couple days ago. So Denny, I would like to congratulate you again and tell you how much I appreciate everything you did for me.
